Final Monument to Reckless

We are in the final stages of taking the last monument of SSgt Reckless back home to Korea in 2025, celebrating the 250th birthday of the Marine Corps. She will be going into Camp Humphreys, the largest military installation in the world and will be placed near Marine Corps Forces Korea (MARFORK) in the first traffic circle as you drive onto the Base.

November 10, 2024 was the 70th anniversary of Reckless arriving in America and was guest of honor at the Marines Memorial Club birthday ball that evening. It is appropriate that we take her back home to Korea so she can forever be back in the country from which she came .

The cost of the monument will be $300,000 to get her to South Korea. All donors will be placed on the Donor Wall below, and all donations over $5,000 will be placed on the plaque of the monument in South Korea.
